CHOPPERS R US (Knuckle's Toys)

Choppers R Us is my toy shop. I build both motorcycle choppers and helicopters and both can fly if your dumb enough to try.....I'm a biker and a builder, not a pilot! But I tell many pilots I could be one too if I was willing to have 1/2 my brain removed! Knuckle, are you building a Heli right now? If so, send me some pictures I would love to see it. This has been my toy for the past 10 years but I'm considering selling her and getting into a light aerobatic plane or a heli.

Well Mavrik, I'd gladly sell you a chopper and maybe I'd even get a nickel or two for the referal. it's funny how many of us that build these flying things don't see pilots as the smartest folks alive.....just kidding! I'm surrounded by sky jockies too often and many are fixed wing. I repair alot of them too that need welding and such and quickly learn from each who I'd fly with when I do have the erge(which ain't too often). And you'd likely be surprised how many try to talk me into a quick fix repair just to save a few bucks.....I hope you never see the world threw their eyes......and remember, we all have to come out of the clouds sometime!

Enjoyed the heli videos but would still rather be in a plane when I have to fly.

Okay John, it's a really small world if the PDK you are referring to is Peachtree Dekalb airport ! ! ! If so, then we are neighbors... relatively speaking. My hanger was at RYY which is in Kennesaw, Ga but I moved about a year ago to Calhoun. If you do live in Atlanta then I will definately come by and take you up if you like.

here's a video of our cheif pilot doing trikcs with road pilons. He makes it look easy but I've never seen anyone else doing these tricks so I'm betting their pretty hard to do.
